FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Mountain Blade Runner Helicopters' Hours of Service Exemption Application

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public input on Mountain Blade Runner Helicopters' (MBR Helicopters) application to exempt its ground support equipment operators from certain hours-of-service regulations, allowing for a 16-hour driving window with an 8-hour off-duty break and additional off-duty hours.
