FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for CFM International LEAP-1A23 Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain CFM International LEAP-1A23 engines, requiring an ultrasonic inspection of the high-pressure turbine stage 2 disk and replacement of any defective parts to address an unsafe condition.
