Office of Family Assistance Requests 3-Year Extension for Annual Foster Home Report

The Office of Family Assistance, part of the Administration for Children and Families, is seeking an extension of the annual report on children in foster homes and those receiving above-poverty payments from state programs funded under the Social Security Act, with no changes to the form itself.
