FINRA Approves Rule Change to Increase Arbitrator Chairperson Honoraria and Arbitration Fees

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to increase honoraria for arbitrator chairpersons and certain arbitration fees, as part of its efforts to modernize its codes of arbitration procedure.
