Department of Veterans Affairs Amends Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Records System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating its VistA Records system, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, to revise various system components and re-publish the system notice in its entirety.
