FEMA Holds Virtual Meetings to Implement Pandemic Response Agreement Under Defense Production Act

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) conducted remote web conference meetings to finalize the Voluntary Agreement for the production and distribution of essential healthcare supplies in response to a pandemic, as mandated by Section 708 of the Defense Production Act.
