US Postal Service Filing Request to Add Domestic Shipping Services Contract to Negotiated Service Agreements

The US Postal Service is notifying the Postal Regulatory Commission of its intention to add a domestic shipping services contract to the list of Negotiated Service Agreements in the Mail Classification Schedule's Competitive Products List, as part of its efforts to modernize its services and improve customer experience.
