FHWA, FRA, and FTA Issue Final Rule for DOT Pilot Program to Reduce Environmental Reviews

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) have issued a final rule to establish regulations for the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Pilot Program for Eliminating Duplication of Environmental Reviews, which aims to streamline environmental reviews for certain transportation projects.
