Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities Under Review by OMB

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking OMB review and comment on a proposed revision to its Accident Report form for hazardous liquid pipeline systems, following a 2020 Federal Register notice and receipt of public comments.
