US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Certain Steel Plate from Korea

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Hyundai Steel Co. and other Korean producers/exporters received countervailable subsidies above de minimis, while Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. received a de minimis net subsidy rate during the review period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
