SEC Proposes to Rescind Four Existing Systems of Records

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proposing to eliminate four existing systems of records, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-108, and will provide notice to affected individuals on the system's rescission and record disposition.
