DoD Amends CFR to Aid Civilian Employers in Identifying Key Employees

The Department of Defense is amending the Code of Federal Regulations to help civilian employers quickly identify essential employees, enabling the Department to better assess capacity and capability to support the COVID-19 response and prevent future manpower conflicts during national emergencies or military mobilizations.
