IEX Proposes Temporary Rule Change to Extend Principal Registration Period

Investors Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to temporarily extend the limited period for registered persons to function as principals under IEX Rule 2.160, allowing for a temporary adjustment to the registration requirements and restrictions on membership.
