SEC Solicits Public Comment on French Autority's Request for Substituted Compliance for Non-US Security-Based Swap Dealers

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking public input on a joint application by the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudential et de Résolution to determine if non-US security-based swap dealers and major participants can meet US requirements by complying with French and EU regulations.
