CGC Inc. has filed a request for panel review with the Canadian Section of the USMCA Secretariat, challenging a decision not to conduct an interim review on Certain Gypsum Board, Sheet, or Panel originating in the US, following a publication in the Canada Gazette on October 31, 2020.
