EPA Proposes Partial Deletion of North Penn--Area 6 Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposal to remove the North Penn--Area 6 site from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of contaminated sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
