SEC Proposes Amendments to Regulation ATS for Government Securities Trading

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing changes to Regulation ATS, which governs alternative trading systems (ATSs) that trade U.S. government securities, to improve transparency and compliance requirements for these systems.
