NSF Announces Adjustments to Civil Monetary Penalties

The National Science Foundation is providing notice of its adjusted maximum civil monetary penalties, effective January 15, 2021, in compliance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
