EIA Proposes Extension of Form GC-859 Nuclear Fuel Data Survey for Three Years

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is seeking to extend the collection of nuclear fuel data for three years, with changes, through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The form, GC-859, gathers information on spent nuclear fuel from commercial nuclear reactors and other entities that possess irradiated fuel from these reactors.
