NRC Approves Amendment Requests for Three Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of three amendment requests for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, with the aim of determining that they pose no significant hazards consideration and require access to sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information and safeguards information.
