NRC Proposes Fee Schedule Revisions to Implement NEIMA

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing changes to its fee structure to comply with the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act, which requires the NRC to recover 100% of its annual budget minus certain exclusions starting in FY 2021.
