U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Updates Concrete Containment Design Guidelines

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has released Revision 4 to its Regulatory Guide 1.136, updating the design and testing requirements for concrete containments in nuclear power plants to align with the 2019 American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section III, Division 2.
