U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Amendment to Irradiated Nuclear Fuel Processing Plant License

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering an amendment to the provisional operating license of the Irradiated Nuclear Fuel Processing Plant in New York, which would update the Radiation Protection Plan and clarify the responsibilities of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
