NRC Considers Extension of Decommissioning Deadline for Department of the Navy Activities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing a proposal to extend the decommissioning deadline for the Department of the Navy's activities, and has prepared an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact to support this decision.
