The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of June 7, 2021, for a direct final rule that amended the TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System listing to include Renewed Amendment No. 17 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1004, revising technical specifications for a dry shielded canister.
