NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC Receives NRC Exemption to Reduce Insurance Coverage Limit

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC, allowing the company to lower the minimum insurance coverage for onsite property damage from $1.06 billion to $50 million for the Duane Arnold Energy Center, in response to a request made by the licensee.
