U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules to Implement Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is updating its fee structures to comply with the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act, which requires the agency to recover 100% of its annual budget minus certain exclusions, starting with fiscal year 2021.
