U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Considers Amendment to North Anna Power Station License

The NRC is considering a proposed amendment to the operating license of the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, owned by VEPCO, which would require isolating Primary Grade water from the reactor coolant system within 1 hour after a reactor shutdown from Mode 2, and make changes to Technical Specification TS 5.6.5.
