Florida Power and Light Company Receives NRC Exemption for Early License Renewal Submission

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Florida Power and Light Company a one-time exemption to submit a license renewal application for the St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 2, up to 19 years before its scheduled expiration on April 6, 2043.
