U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues New Regulatory Guide for Safety-Related Steel Structures and Steel-Plate Composite Walls

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released a new guide, RG 1.243, which provides guidance on safety-related steel structures and steel plate composite walls for non-reactor vessels and containments, building on the 2018 edition of ANSI/ANS N690-2018 standard.
