Guidance for Implementation of 10 CFR 50.59, “Changes, Tests and Experiments,” at Non-Power Production or Utilization Facilities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment a draft regulatory guide (DG), DG-2007, ``Guidance for Implementation of 10 CFR 50.59, ``Changes, Tests and Experiments,'' at Non-power Production or Utilization Facilities.'' This DG describes an approach that is acceptable to the NRC staff to meet the regulatory requirements ``Changes, tests and experiments,'' at a nonpower production and utilization facility (NPUF), as defined in the DG.
