NHTSA Withdraws Exemption for Mosler Automotive from Passenger Car Fuel Economy Standards
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has withdrawn a proposed exemption for Mosler Automotive from the industry-wide passenger car Corporate Average Fuel Economy standard for model years 2008-2010, as granting the exemption would serve no useful purpose due to Mosler's lack of vehicle production during those years.
