Government Agencies Invite Public Comment on Bid Guarantees and Payment Protections

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are seeking public input on extending the use of bid guarantees, performance and payment bonds, and alternative payment protections for three more years, with the current approval set to expire on August 31, 2022.
