GSA to Submit Generic ICR for Mission-Support Customer Satisfaction Survey for Paperwork Reduction Act Approval

The General Services Administration (GSA) is coordinating the development of a proposed Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR) for the collection of customer satisfaction survey data, with a plan to submit it to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval and solicit public comments.
