Submission for OMB Review: Extension of Information Collection Requirement for Bid Guarantees, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Alternative Payment Protections

The Regulatory Secretariat Division has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement related to bid guarantees, performance and payment bonds, and alternative payment protections, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
