Federal Acquisition Regulation: Certification of Women-Owned Small Businesses

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a provision from the Carl Levin and Howard P. 'Buck' McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year (FY) 2015, which aims to certify women-owned small businesses.
