Federal Acquisition Regulation Small Entity Compliance Guide for FAC 2022-08

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has been amended by Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, and a Small Entity Compliance Guide has been issued to assist small businesses in complying with the new rules. The guide is prepared under the joint authority of the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
