China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation; Technical Modifications to 301 Action

The U.S. International Trade Commission implemented technical modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States on January 27, 2022, to correct a technical error and align with World Customs Organization amendments, ensuring the additional duties imposed on China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation do not extend beyond the scope of the Section 301 investigation.
