Notice of Extensions for Reinstated Product Exclusions: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative has extended the reinstated product exclusions from additional duties for nine months, from December 31, 2022, to December 31, 2023, following a public notice and comment period. The exclusions, which cover technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation, were previously reinstated in 2022.
