U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation, Issues Remedial Orders Against Defaulting Respondents

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue remedial orders against cBright Lighting, Inc., Dauer Manufacturing Corp., and FUSA Corp. for defaulting in the investigation, and has terminated the investigation, requiring the defaulters to post a 100% bond for the value of infringing products imported during the review period.
