U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Enforcement Initial Determination and Order No. 36

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review its previous enforcement initial determination and Order No. 36, which were both issued on December 14, 2021, and found no violation of the consent order in a section 337 investigation.
