USITC Decides Not to Review Fast IVF and Hermes Ezcanesi's Violation of Section 337

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review a final initial determination finding Fast IVF of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Hermes Ezcanesi of Istanbul, Turkey, in violation of Section 337, and requests written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding within the specified schedule.
