USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Tariff Act Violation and Relief

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public input on potential violations of the Tariff Act of 1930 and the recommended relief, following an initial determination by the presiding acting chief administrative law judge (ACALJ) on February 11, 2022.
