USITC Denies Review of GMG Products LLC Violation, Requests Written Submissions on Remedy and Public Interest

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a final initial determination finding GMG Products LLC guilty of violating Section 337, and requests written input from parties on potential remedies, public interest, and bonding requirements, with a new completion deadline of May 12, 2022.
