U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part a final initial determination and order, finding no violation of section 337, and has terminated the investigation in its entirety after reviewing the findings.
