U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms Findings of Patent Infringement, Issues Exclusion Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has confirmed that certain companies have violated U.S. patent law by importing and selling container-opening technology that infringes on a patent, and has ordered a general exclusion of these products from the market, requiring a 100% bond on imported goods.
