U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Patent and Trademark Infringement, Affirms Finding of No Violation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that Zhejiang Quingyou Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Mediatek Tong Technology Co., Ltd. infringed on a patent and trademark, but will review a finding that they did not violate a domestic industry requirement, and will request written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
