U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Rescission Proceeding, Rescinds Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to cancel a proceeding to review two cease and desist orders related to wind turbine generators and components, and has also terminated a rescission proceeding, following a petition to rescind these orders
