Paper Clips From China; Institution of a Five-Year Review

The US Commission is conducting a five-year review of the antidumping duty order on paper clips from China to determine if removing the duty would harm US paper clip manufacturers. Interested parties are asked to submit information to the Commission by responding to this notice.
