USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Violation of Antidumping Law by Certain Fitness Devices and Streaming Components

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public input on potential public interest issues related to a recent investigation into a possible violation of the Antidumping Act by companies producing certain fitness devices and streaming components, following an initial determination issued by an administrative law judge on September 9, 2022.
